1 Esdras 7:6-8

⁶ The Israelites, the priests, the Levites, and the rest of those who returned from exile acted according to what was written in the scroll from Moses. ⁷ For the dedication of the Lord’s temple, they brought offerings of one hundred bulls, two hundred rams, four hundred lambs, ⁸ and twelve male goats for the sin of all Israel, according to the number of the twelve leaders of the tribes of Israel.
